Bankruptcy, Reorganization and DIP Finance
Mitsui Company provides advice on reorganization of failed companies and financings of bankrupt entities such as DIP (debtor-in-possession) financing, utilizing our experience as official receiver and trustee for bankrupt companies, and handling complex financing projects and M&A transactions.
