Bankruptcy, Reorganization and DIP Finance
Mitsui Company provides advice on reorganization of failed companies and financings of bankrupt entities such as DIP (debtor-in-possession) financings by using a M&A method, utilizing our deep experiences of acting as official receiver and trustee for bankrupt companies, and in handling complex financing projects and M&As.

Compliance

Mitsui Company provides advice on and settlement of disputes regarding domestic commercial transactions, tax, antitrust, labor and employment, and shareholder and board of director's meetings. In addition, we arrange numerous cross-border businesses of not routine transactions such as joint ventures, licenses and distributorships, but also various non-typical agreements.
Our firm has been engaged in the settlement of disputes concerning patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets (know-how) and other intellectual properties as well as preservation, administration and operation of these rights.
