Mitsui Company, a law firm challenging the new age, was founded on December 6, 2004 by a group of attorneys with experienced legal practice of handling various corporate transactions including finance transactions, in order to provide the best services for our clients in anticipation of the changes in the business environment and legal requirements they bring.
Our focus is to provide the most efficient and flexible services and accomplish the expected results quickly by completely understanding and responding to each of the clients' needs. In the recent trend of growing in size of law firms, legal service sometimes tends to be too quantitative, which is not always satisfying the clients' needs. We will more analyze the level of needs of each client one by one. While we maintain high quality of our services as ever, we will build up a new practice which really meets the clients' needs with any ways flexible and practical.
Japan and global community in the 21st century are drastically changing, which has made issues even more complicated. They may be no longer solved in precedent systems or methods. We will always continue to expand our activities in this changing business world and devote ourselves for the benefit of our clients, our society and our country with a spirit of challenge at all times.

The name of our law firm is "Mitsui Company". We selected the word "Company" because all members of Mitsui Company are companies who will make our new firm to provide better service together.
